Ballistech Limited's Terms of Service outline the guidelines and stipulations for using their services, including shipping, delivery, returns, and privacy. They emphasize customer satisfaction, providing clear details on shipping costs, delivery times, and the process for handling returns and faulty goods, all while ensuring user information is kept secure and private.

TERMS OF SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: SHIPPING CHARGES BREAKDOWN:

  • Orders over €100 - Delivery to Ireland & NI - Free Delivery. (See Below)

  • Orders under €100 - Delivery to Ireland & NI - €8.00 per order.
     

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Ireland - 3 Working Days.

  • Northern Ireland - 3-5 Working Days.
     

(All orders dispatched within 1 working day of order.)

  • Shipping on orders over €100 is free, excluding orders over 30kg. Ballistech will contact customers for orders over 30kg to discuss shipping charges before any payment is processed.

  • All orders under €100 to addresses within Ireland & NI are charged at a flat rate of €8.00 per order, up to a max weight of 30kg. Ballistech will contact customers for orders over 30kg to discuss shipping charges before any payment is processed.

  • If an item is out of stock, customers will be contacted with an estimated delivery date, and may cancel if unsatisfied with the timeline.
     

PRIVACY & SECURITY:

Ballistech respects your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:
Contact our sales team at info@ballistech.ie for approval before returning any item.
Goods must be in original packaging and resalable condition. Returned goods will be inspected, and any found to be used or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
 

FAULTY GOODS ON DELIVERY:
If goods are found to be faulty upon arrival, contact Ballistech immediately. With approval, we will arrange for a replacement. Ballistech must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

WARRANTY:
Products carry various warranties. Understand your product's warranty as it is time-limited. If a defective product under warranty is returned, Ballistech will repair or replace it where possible. For warranty information, contact us at info@ballistech.ie. Warranty requests require proof of purchase.

Ensure returned goods are properly packaged. Goods returned with damaged packaging are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
